INTRODUCTION
In an age where unethical behavior via shortcuts, fast wealth and moral compromise have become normalized, many young people are struggling to anchor themselves to a set of personal and professional values. This course is designed to spark deep reflection, challenge popular but harmful mindsets, and inspire a value-driven approach to life and career. Participants will examine how upbringing, society, and personal choices shape their ethics, and how they can realign themselves with integrity, excellence, and purpose.
By the end of this course, participants will:
- Define and differentiate personal, societal, and workplace values.
- Reflect on how values are shaped by early experiences and societal pressures.
- Identify gaps between their current choices and ideal value systems.
- Navigate real-life workplace dilemmas through value-driven decision-making.
- Recognize the long-term rewards of living and working with integrity.
